Go Time Athletics offers a great list of coaches to provide professional training and guidance for young athletes playing in all positions on the field. We look forward to working with all athletes to assist them both physically and mentally to better their game at any level.

Ryan Ramsower
Go Time Athletics Director of Baseball
Player Development
Infield /Catching/Hitting Coach
Coach Ryan Ramsower brings years of baseball experience, both as a player and a coach. He earned All State Second Team honors as a senior at Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona. He began his collegiate career in 2014 at Pima Community College in Arizona, where he earned Division II All-Region Second Team honors. From 2016-2018, Ramsower played at Washington State University as an infielder and catcher. He appeared in 49 games, 28 as a starter, hitting .282 with 29 hits, five doubles and 10 RBI’s.
Ramsower’s coaching career began in his hometown of Tucson, working with 10U to college-level athletes on baseball development, weight training, speed and agility. He also taught baseball fundamentals and game management while coaching 12U and 16U teams for the Hills Baseball organization.
Coach Ramsower was hired as the JV team head coach for the Catalina Foothills High School Baseball program. He also served as an assistant coach for their varsity team.
From 2021-2022, Ramsower was the assistant coach at Lower Columbia College. He worked with all of the position players, specifically the infielders, and played a large role in the Red Devils’ offense. In addition, he coordinated the speed and agility portion of the Red Devil strength program.
Coach Ramsower also works with Baseball Northwest as a coach and assists with BNW events. He will continue to work with Baseball Northwest in their future events.

Nate Santiago

Hitting & Infield Coach
Coach Nate Santiago is a top hitting/infield coach in the area with years of coaching experience. His Collegiate baseball career began at Bellevue CC 2002-2005 and continued at Centenary College where he was the starting shortstop from 2005-2007.
After graduating from Centenary College Coach Santiago turned his baseball career towards coaching and became an assistant coach at Centenary College from 2007-2009 before moving back to the Pacific Northwest where he became an assistant coach under legendary Coach Mark Yoshino at Bellevue CC from 2009-2012. Coach Santiago then became the Hitting Coach at Pierce College from 2012-2014 and from 2014-2016 was the Assistant Coach at Edmonds CC.
Coach Santiago has also run and coached elite select programs, Baden, Easton, ProPlayer and Rijo Athletics from 2009-2018.
Coach Santiago is available for Hitting/Infield lessons Mondays.


Tyler Haggett
Go Time Athletics
Pitching Coach
Coach Haggett, from Edmonds, WA is a left-hand pitcher and a 2003 graduate from Meadowdale high school where he was named an All-Star League First Team Pitcher in his senior season.
After high school, Haggett attended Edmonds CC and played baseball for the Tritons where in his freshman and sophomore years he pitched 22.2 innings going 2-0 with a 1.19 ERA. In 2004 Haggett transferred to San Jose State University where he played in both his Jr. and Sr. seasons as a reliever. Haggett made 12 appearances as a Spartan with a 7.04 ERA in 15 innings of work giving up 15 hits 12 runs 4 BB with 7 strikeouts.
Since 2007 Coach Haggett has been a pitching coach for several successful summer programs such as Bankers Baseball, the Seattle Rainiers, and the Seattle Wave and is currently the pitching coach for the Washington Baseball Academy.

Jacob Terao

Catching & Hitting Coach
Coach Jacob Terao, graduated from Seattle Preparatory High School in 2017, earning 7 letters in baseball and football, and was a 4-year starter in baseball. In his Senior year Coach Terao was named captain for both the football and baseball team. In his senior year in football, he was voted MVP and was selected as a first-team Metro Mountain Division middle linebacker and first-team running back. During his baseball career at Prep, Coach Terao earned 2 second-team and a first-team all-metro selection as a catcher. Was honored with the Goodwin Award his senior year as the top Seattle Prep male athlete.
Coach Terao was selected as a member of the Kansas City Royals Area Code Team and has played for the Baseball Northwest Travel team, PAC Northwest Baseball Travel team, NY Yankees Scout team in Australia, Yuba Sutter Gold Sox, Bellingham Bells, and the Springfield Illinois Sliders.
Coach Terao redshirted his freshman year and transferred to Bellevue College earning the starting catcher position and being selected MVP for the 2018-2019 season. Coach Terao currently attends and plays baseball at Towson University in Maryland and helped the Tigers to an appearance in the 2021 CAA Tournament in North Carolina.
Coach Terao is currently the Catching Coach at Hendrix College in Arkansas
Coach Terao will be available for private catching/hitting lessons during the winter holiday season.

Cody Anderson

Pitching Coach
Coach Cody Anderson is the Assistant Pitching Coach at Bellevue College under Legendary Coach Mark Yoshino.
Coach Anderson attended Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Marysville, Wash. and was a two-time first-team All-Wesco selection. As a junior, led the state of Washington in ERA (0.42) and as a senior, named first-team All-State, struck out 101 batters in 60 innings while throwing one perfect game and another no-hitter that featured 19 strikeouts.
Coach Anderson played two seasons at Bellevue Community College for coach Mark Yoshino. As a freshman went 4-2 with 47 strikeouts and a 2.76 ERA in 52 innings and nine starts. As a sophomore, went 7-3 with one save and a 2.51 ERA in 13 starts while recorded a Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) best 114 strikeouts in 85.2 innings and allowed just 39 walks.
Coach Anderson continued his collegiate career at Washington State University, 2017-2018, finishing his collegiate career with 30 appearances, 22 starts, 126 innings pitched, 90 strikeouts with 38 walks, and a 4.57 era.
In 2018-2019 Coach Anderson went on to play in Australia and in the summer of 2019 was a Head Coach in the Collegiate Cascade League. In 2022 he was the Pitching Coach for the Bellingham Bells.

Romell Mitchell
Hitting & Outfield Coach
Coach Mitchell has years of experience in both playing and coaching. While attending West Seattle High School he was a 3 sport letter winner in Football, Basketball and Baseball. He earned All Metro 1st Team Selection as an Outfielder in both his Junior & Senior years.
Coach Mitchell was drafted out of West Seattle High School in the 17th Round of the 1997 Major League Draft by the Houston Astro's but chose to go to college and play baseball. He played ball at Bellevue College and St. Martin's College before being drafted by the San Diego Padres. He played professional baseball in both the Frontier and Canadian baseball Leagues.
After his pro career Coach Mitchell trained and coached at the Arizona Diamondbacks, Jim Lefevre Training Centers and at the University of Washington.
In 2008 Coach Romell was honored with being the recipient of the Inspire the Future Award presented by Fidelity and the Seattle Mariners which is rewarded to citizen-volunteers who passionately and selflessly support youth in their communities through their involvement in performing arts and/or sports programs, and inspire participants and other volunteers with their actions and attitude.

Dylan McLauchlin

Coach McLauchlin, graduated and played baseball at Enumclaw High School
He started his collegiate career at Green River Community College but after only playing for one year tore his UCL and was forced to cut his pitching career short.
Coach McLauchlin has several years of select team coaching experience coaching at Baden and Rijo Athletics as a pitching and hitting coach. He also coached the Baden 13U-15U select teams while at Baden.
Coach McLauchlin was an assistant coach for Mercer Island High School baseball team prior to taking the assistant baseball coaching position at West Seattle High School.
Coach McLauchlin is available for private hitting and pitching lessons.

Ryan Rowland-Smith

Coach Ryan Rowland-Smith originally from Australia, was drafted out of high school by the Seattle Mariners in 2001 and made his MLB debut with the Seattle Mariners in 2007. Coach Rowland-Smith spent 4 years with the Seattle Mariners from 2007-2010 and spent 1 year with the Diamondbacks in 2014 and retiring from baseball in 2017.
Coach Rowland-Smith has an abundance of playing experience which includes 17 years professionally, mostly in the MLB system, but also played internationally with the Rhinos of the Chinese Professional Baseball League and for the Brisbane Bandits of the Australian Baseball League,
Coach Ryan Rowland-Smith also represented Australia in the 2004 Summer Olympics and the World Baseball Classic three times the last being in 2017.
Coach Rowland-Smith has stayed busy co-founding NxtGen Baseball to train and develop Australian high school baseball players to help give them an opportunity to play baseball at the next level. NxtGen has helped 37 players get committed to colleges including Oregon State, Stanford, and Gonzaga.
Coach Rowland-Smith is also the TV/Radio baseball analyst on Root Sports and 710ESPN covering the Seattle Mariners.
Coach Rowland-Smith is available for private pitching lessons and his Velocity Program.

Coach Stuart Fairchild
Coach Stuart Fairchild, from Seattle, WA attended Seattle Preperatory High School. He was a Seattle Times All-Area Team selection in 2014. He attended and played college baseball for the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
In 2017, his junior year, he slashed .360/.439/.636 with 17 home runs and 67 RBIs in 63 games
He was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the second round of the 2017 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2021 with the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball. He is currently playing for the Cincinnati Reds.

Morgan McCullough

Coach Hellinger, is currently in the Texas Rangers farm system. Hellinger attended West Seattle High School where he posted school records for most wins, innings pitched, and strikeouts. Was the 2013 Washington State Player of the Year, 2013 Seattle Times All-Area team and was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in 2013.
Played two years 2014 & 2015 for the College of San Mateo going 15-2 in two seasons for the Bulldogs, including a 9-0 mark as a sophomore. Hellinger earned First Team All-Conference as a pitcher.
Played for Gonzaga University in 2016 and 2017. In 2016 Hellinger went
3-1 with a 5.36 ERA and 30 strikeouts and 42.0 innings pitched as a junior leading the team with 26 appearances, all in relief. In 2017 he made 23 appearances as a senior, going 4-3 with two saves, and a 3.79 ERA in 40.1 innings. Had a 25/9 strikeout/walk ratio, third-best on the team.
Coach Hellinger is one of our camp/clinic coaches and is available for private pitching lessons.
Coach McCullough was a four-time first team all-metro selection at West Seattle High School and Washington 3A All-State team as a senior.
McCullough played with the 2015 18U Team USA that earned a gold medal at the 2015 WBSC Championship in Osaka, Japan.
McCullough played in 53 games at University of Oregon his freshman year. His sophomore year McCullough transferred to Chipola Community College where he helped them to a second straight NJCAA National Championship. Named to the All-Tournament Team and the Jay W. Tolman Most Outstanding Defensive Player, Elite Hitter and Preston Walker MVP
His Junior year McCullough played at University of Alabama starting in 54 games and finishing as the overall team leader in triples (3) and tying for the lead in doubles (12) and multi-hit games (17).
Coach McCullough was selected in the 22nd round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the Los Angeles Angels. and is currently in the KC Royals minor league organization.
Coach McCullough is one of our camp/clinic coaches and is available for private hitting and infield lessons.

Eli Wilson

Catching/Hitting Coach
Coach Wilson, is from Seattle WA.
Coach Wilson graduated from Garfield High School in 2016 and was named to the all-state all-star team in 2016 and the all-state third team his junior season. He was named all-conference twice and all-area by the Seattle Times.
Coach Wilson went on to play at the University of Minnesota and was an All-Big Ten First Team selection leading the Gophers with his .294 batting average, reaching base at a .382 clip, and slugging .453 with five home runs, 15 doubles, 29 RBIs, and 32 runs scored. Was an Academic All-Big Ten Selection and received the Richard “Chief” Siebert Memorial MVP Award voted on by teammates and the Paul Molitor Batting Champion title.
Coach Wilson was selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 16th round of the 2019 draft.

Jacob Talamante

Coach Talamante, is from Phoenix Arizona. Talamante graduated from Saint Mary's College of California where he played OF for the Gaels 2017-2021.
In his final season for the Gaels Talamante appeared in 43 games and made 42 starts as a fifth-year senior in 2021, the second-most starts on the team. He led the Gaels in batting average (.299), hits (47), doubles (12), triples (2), stolen bases (13), and on-base percentage (.414). His OBP was good for a top-ten finish in the WCC, and his 13 stolen bases were the fourth-most. He had a seven-game hitting streak and was named All-WCC Honorable Mention.
Talamante was signed with the Gary SouthShore RailCats, of the American Association of Professional Baseball, and then joined the Missoula PaddleHeads aof the Pioneer League located in Missoula, Montana
Coach Talamante is one of our camp/clinic coaches and is available for private hitting lessons.

Young Beginners Program
Go Time Athletics also has a number of Top High School, College level players & past Coaches that are available for providing lessons and instruction for the younger and less experienced players.
This allows young players to receive great instruction at greater savings.
Lessons are only $55 plus tax an hour per player for a 2 to 4-on-1 lesson.
$200 plus tax per player for 4 SESSION Package
We have coaches available in baseball, softball, and volleyball to instruct on the fundamentals of specific positions.
