Facility Rental Cancellation & Refund Policies

• If a participant wishes to cancel a reservation and receive a credit, they must submit in writing 14 days prior to the start of the rental. Any deposits, registration fees or payments are non-refundable.  A credit for the full amount will be provided towards another rental of cages, court or facility rental.  For cancellations after the deadline, deposits and registration fees will not result in a credit except for unforeseen circumstances and subject to the approval of the supervisor.
