U12 Player Check-In: 10:00am - 10:30am
Tryouts: 10:30am - 12:00pm
U13 Player Check-In: 12:00pm - 12:30pm
Tryouts: 12:30pm - 2:00pm
U14 Player Check-In: 2:00 - 2:30pm
Tryouts: 2:30 - 4:00pm
2025-26 SVA Teams
Players attending this tryout will be eligible to be selected for the below SVA teams.
U12 Regional Team – Coach Joe Baleto
- 2 practices a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, November-April
- 2 Tournaments per month
U13 Regional Team – Coach Aki Petronijevic
- 2 practices a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, November-April
- 2 Tournaments per month
U14 National Team – Coach Carmen Tryka
- 2 practices a week on Mondays and Wednesdays, November-May
- 2 Tournaments per month
U14 Development Team – Coach Steph Papke
- 1 practice a week on Fridays, November-March
- 1 Scrimmage per month
U15 Regional Team – Coach Carmen Tryka
- 2 practices a week on Mondays and Fridays, December-April
- 2 Tournaments per month
Seattle Volleyball Academy Tryout Fee
Fee is non-refundable
All participants must have purchased a tryout membership through the Puget Sound Region/USAV to attend tryouts.

All interested players must complete the following steps prior to participating in any form of tryouts, practice, or competition.

Please review the USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition Chart before registering for tryouts.

Fill out and submit the online registration.

Sign and date the online WAA/GTA Athletic Waiver.

Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV Medical Authorization Form and turn it in at Tryouts.

Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV/PSRV Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form and turn it in at Tryouts.

When registering for the first time, it may be helpful to have the following information handy – doctor information, health insurance information, and Emergency Contact information.

Click on the appropriate link according to your player’s league age. Fill out your account information and complete the registration form for your player. If a question does not apply, please use N/A. Be sure to sign the four online waivers and pay the non-refundable $25.00 tryout fee.
