Service Description

WEIGHT TRAINING AND Speed & agility sessions With SVA Coaches Mondays, from 7:30-9:00pm (June 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd, and July 6th, 13th, & 20th) Wednesdays, from 7:30-9:00pm (June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and July 8th, 15th, & 22nd) Weight Training/Speed & Agility Coaches will also assist players in the weight room and on the court, with a focus on general strength, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. $30 plus tax per player, 10 player maximum
