17 National Team - Hitter Needed

Make Up Tryout will be held at Go Time Athletics on Tuesday, August 4th from 6:00-7:30pm

 

16 Regional and National Teams - Various Players Needed

Make Up Tryout will be held at Go Time Athletics on Wednesday, August 5th from 7:30pm-9:00pm

PLEASE BRING REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

All participants must have purchased a tryout membership through the Puget Sound Region/USAV to attend tryouts.

All interested players must complete the following steps prior to participating in any form of tryouts, practice, or competition.

​

1. Please review the USA Volleyball Junior Player Age Definition Chart before registering for tryouts.

2. Fill out and submit the Online Registration.

3. Sign and date the online WAA/GTA Athletic Waiver.

4. Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV Medical Authorization Form and turn it in at Tryouts.

5. Read, print out, and sign a hard copy of the USAV/PSRV Concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form and turn it in at Tryouts.
