VOLLEYBALL CLINICS

Weight Training and Speed & Agility Sessions With SVA Coaches 

DYLAN LAVIS and AKI PETRONIJEVIC .


U15 & Older Players – Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7:30-8:30pm (June 2nd-July 16th)

Sessions will be broken into 2 segments. 7:30-8:00pm, half of the group will be on the court working on Speed & Agility and the other half of the group will be in the weight room

From 8:00-8:30pm, the groups switch activity

Monday Sessions
During this session, coaches will conduct baseline testing in the weight room and on the court, with an emphasis on planning player progression to improve their strength, speed and agility.

Wednesday Sessions
During this session, coaches will assist players in the weight room and on the court, with a focus on general strength, movement mechanics, and injury prevention to help overall fitness and endurance.
