Facility Rental for Birthday Party Deposit - A Wicklund January 17, 2026, Go Time Athletics Georgetown Rental with 30 minute complimentary set-up time 2:00pm-2:30pm Party 2:30pm - 4:30pm Rental Cost: $360.00 plus tax $35 plus tax Non refundable deposit to reserve the facility is required. All participants must sign Go Time Athletics online waiver prior to arriving to facility. www.gotimeathletics.com Food and drinks allowed in facility. No food or drinks allowed inside the cage turfed areas. A safety meeting will be performed prior too the activities. A Go Time Athletics staff member will be on-site to help with set-up and safety supervision. All activities are led by the parents. email info@gotimeathletics.com with any questions. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your rental reservation please let us know 48 hours before your reservation time. A non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be charged and deducted from your refund. If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours before the event we will refund 50% of your fee. If you are a no show we will not be able to refund your fee.
