Service Description
U15 & Older Strength Training with SVA Coaches Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7:30-8:30pm (June 2nd-July 16th) Weight Training/Speed & Agility Mondays- During this session, coaches will conduct base line testing in the weight room and on the court, with an emphasis on planning player progression. Wednesdays- During this session, coaches will assist players in the weight room and on the court, with a focus on general strength, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. From 7:30-8:00pm, half of the group will be on the court working on Speed & Agility and the other half of the group will be in the weight room From 8:00-8:30pm, the groups switch activity Limited to 10 participants This session is geared toward advanced setter training (setting foundations, set execution, set selection), while hitters work on passing and hitting (footwork, skills foundations, and terminology). $30 plus tax per player, 10 player maximum in each session
